Wallmonkeys Review & Giveaway

I received a wall decal from Wallmonkeys for purposes of evaluation. Thoughts are my own.

I was never really a fan of wall decals. That is, until I saw the many photos of other people’s rooms posted online (usually on Pinterest) with amazing decals that just made me go “wow!”. I realized how much of an impact even a simple decal can make in an otherwise boring room.

I wanted a decal that will brighten up my son’s area. Something that looks happy, fresh, light and toddler-y. So I’m glad to have had the chance to receive a decal from Wallmonkeys. Wallmonkeys are premium, custom-made wall decals printed on Photo-Tex fabric and 100% guaranteed.

I browsed Wallmonkey’s image collections and decided to get the “Animals” image in 48 inches.  All the images on the website have a watermark. But don’t worry, the decal you will receive will not have one. This is the image of the decal I chose. It’s currently available in 7 different sizes.

When the decal arrived at our doorstep, it was packaged in a very sturdy and long cylinder — pretty much like the ones Architecture students use to store their blueprints in, but longer. This is so that the decal won’t get folded and damaged.

The 48-inch decal is actually very big and since it was not just a simple square or rectangle decal, it took me quite a few tries to make sure I placed the decal at the right height and angle. But the great thing about Wallmonkeys decals is that it can be moved more than 100 times! You don’t have to worry about not getting the right position the first time. And it won’t damage your wall either.

I put the decal at the back of my son’s toddler bed. Though most of my son’s room accessories are Cars-themed, I didn’t want to get a Cars decal because I wanted something different. So here it is:
