It’s Been A While

Hey everyone! I hope you’re all doing well! It’s been a while since the last time I posted on my blog. But I’m so grateful for the comments that keep on coming even for really old posts. I really really appreciate it!

The past 9 months have been quite a challenge for me. Some of you already know that I’ve started working full time at our county’s Office of Education. It wasn’t easy for me to get used to not being with my son all day. So I wanted to make sure I make up for it by really spending as much time as I can with him when I get home.

And that’s why I haven’t had time to be active in writing posts here. But now I think we’ve gotten the hang of things already. I think I’ve found a rhythm so that I can achieve a healthy balance between my job, family life and blog.

I’m making it my goal to post something at least every few days. Yes, it’s not as much as before because I don’t think I can still do that with a full-time job. Although I do know some bloggers who seem like supermoms that can be really active at their full-time job, family life AND blogging life, I don’t think I can do that. I might just stress myself out too much. LOL!

So anyway, I just wanted to say that I’m still here, that you’re going to see some activity in here again, and that I’m thankful for all of you. I’m thankful for you for staying in my mailing list even during the time I wasn’t posting anything at all. For coming back to my blog and posting comments on old posts. And for reading this post. I know this doesn’t really benefit you; it doesn’t solve any of your problems. But you read it anyway. I am truly truly grateful.

Please don’t forget to say hi in the comments below! 🙂

  1. Hi. Full-time work outside the home takes up time, so does the travel time back and forth to work. Then when home you have to spend time with your child, so everyone will understand that you can’t blog everyday. Hey, there really are fewer supermoms that can do it all then you believe.

  2. You don’t realize that you truly are a supermom! You are taking care of the most important things in life. Hopefully, when I see a new post, that only means that you are taking a little down time for yourself and use the blog as a tool for you to relax! Have a very happy 4th!

  3. You have to do what you need to do to get the right balance in your life. Welcome back!
