Secret is out! Now you can save time AND make amazing meals with the real ingredients of Country Crock! Country Crock’s enriched recipe is a great time saving alternative in your favorite recipes. Its wholesome ingredients give your favorite recipes a boost and taste great. Country Crock’s Simple Recipe is made with real ingredients: NO artificial flavors or preservatives, 0 grams trans fats per serving, purified water, wholesome oils, and a pinch of salt.
Make the most out of meal time by having more fun eating dinner with your family and less time making it! I cooked my family’s favorite stir fried rice dish using Country Crock Original, and I added some mixed vegetables, egg and hotdogs. This is one of my family’s long-time favorites so there was nothing left after meal time!
What You’ll Need:
- 3 tbsp Country Crock Original
- 3 cups steamed rice
- 2 pcs hotdog, sliced
- 1 egg, scrambled and chopped into small pieces
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions:
- In a non stick pan over medium heat, saute minced garlic in Original Country Crock until golden brown.
- Add sliced hotdogs, egg, mixed vegetables and salt. Stir and saute for about 3 minutes.
- Add rice. Stir constantly for about 5 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
What I love about this recipe is that it already has carbs, proteins and veggies in it. And since rice is a staple for our meals, this breaks the monotony of just having plain steamed rice with whatever dish we cook. It saves me so much time and saves water too (fewer plates and pans to wash).
Will you be trying this recipe out? I hope your family likes it!
