Or are you that type of person that has to be prepared for everything? Then this giveaway is for you! One lucky winner will have a chance to win a GSP-1700 Satellite Phone.

Winner will receive SAT Phone (red or bronze) and 3 Months Free with Sign-up of Yearly Plan from Globalstar (will include letter on how to sign up). Rate Plan is responsibility of Winner. Open to US. Void where prohibited by law. Must be 18 years or older to enter. Ends 7/31 at 11:59pm EST.

  1. My family does a lot of hiking and camping in far out areas. We also live in a very rural area, that does not have cell reception. It would be awesome to have something like this for emergencies.

  2. Well, I’ve never been much for tropical islands, lol, but I would like to see some out-of-the-way places, like Mongolia or Tibet. I suspect a SAT phone might be handy there!

  3. I really love Florida so I would want it for visits there, especially during hurricane season

  4. We like to go to the mountains a lot where there is no cell service so this would be perfect for us.

  5. just for when others in family go hiking far from the cities and cell towers

  6. Wherever there’s no cellphone service but elusive and exclusive mountainous hikes one should ha e this on their person.

  7. I wouldn’t mind being stranded on an island somewhere in the Maldives 🙂

  8. I would love to be able to win this Global phone, so that I may travel with ease, wherever I want! Whether it’s a drive through the mountains, or through the country-side!!!

  9. I would say anywhere where there is not cell service’-. my current cell only covers so many areas and when i travel out of the areas, i cannot use it, so this would be helpful

  10. I would love to be lost on a beach anywhere. I may not use it for a while though.

  15. I have never heard of these phones before. I will have to check this out. My son loves to do alot of primitive camping and this sounds great for him. Thank you so much for sharing
