Acne is something many of us dealt with as teens but a lot of people are still dealing with adult acne also.
Yep, even as an adult, I still deal with acne from time to time. This is frustrating especially when I get breakouts just before an important event — like maybe a party or get-together where people will be taking tons of photos, or right before important meetings with clients or brands. For women it can be tough because of all the constant changes in our bodies and hormones.

It is such nice giveaway, but we don’t have Walmart where I live.. too bad!
It looks such an amazing giveaway. Pity there is no Walmart in my country. Perhaps next time, you could do an Amazon gift card giveaway instead.
My tips on fighting acne: Look for makeup that is non-comedogenic and won’t clog pores.
I use a cleanser
Wash my face at least twice a day with a mild soap.
I am definitely one of those people who deal with the occasional adult acne appearances. In fact, it happens as soon as I become over-heated! When I sweat…it doesn’t matter how many times I wash my face…I break out! Usually, I can count on 1 or 2 blemishes…but this past week, I got 7!!! Definitely haven’t had this happen in over 20 years! But, it’s the treatment process that’s important right now!
Wash your face every night and every morning. Also, Don’t eat too much greasy foods.
I look forward to your Twitter Party:

My tip would be to wash your face twice a day, and also wash off your make up every night
I don’t have to fight acne. Thank goodness.
I fight acne by not over washing my face.
I recently discovered something that helps me, I make a mask once a week out of bentonite clay and some herbs and oils. It draws all the bad stuff out!
No acne, no tip.
I really don’t have any major tips. I just use Noxema to take off ALL of my makeup and if there are blemishes, I put a dab of Clearasil on them. Michele :

Never squeeze your pimples!!! It will leave your face looking uneven with blotches everywhere you picked!
I stay away from fried foods. Eat lots of fruits and veggies. Wash my face 2 times a day with luke warm water.
I agree…never, ever, squeeze pimples! I have noticed with my kids, that junk food and breakouts seemed connected. Thankfully, I don’t get them anymore.
I don’t let my grandkids touch or kiss my face when their hands or lips are dirty.
My suggestion is DO NOT go to bed with makeup on! Make sure before you get into bed, that you wash off ALL of your makeup! Sleeping with makeup on generally brings out more blemishes!!!!! Thanks, Michele 🙂
