This spring get ready to Hop to the Music with your favorite Disney Music albums!

Any kid and kid-at-heart that loves Disney will love listening to and singing along with four different Disney Music albums — Guardians of the Galaxy Awesome Mix Vol.1, Into the Woods Soundtrack, Frozen: The Songs, and DJ Shuffle 2!

Disney Hop To The Music

Of the four CDs we received, my absolute favorite was the Guardians of the Galaxy: Awesome Mix Vol.1. I must admit that one of the reasons why I really loved that movie was the awesome songs they used! So old school! I mean who doesn’t love “I Want You Back”, “Ain’t No Mountain High Enough” and “Come and Get Your Love”? If you haven’t watched Guardians of the Galaxy yet, I suggest you check it out soon so you can get why these songs from the 70s (?) were included in an “Awesome Mix Vol. 1”.

Now if you loved Frozen, you’ll definitely love the Frozen: The Songs CD. It includes all the songs from the movie and with this CD, you can listen (and sing along) nonstop to “For The First Time In Forever”, “Love Is An Open Door” and the crowd favorite “Let it Go”.

The Into the Woods Soundtrackis a great choice for those who love theater and those who loved the movie adaptation. Imagine driving while singing along to the songs by Stephen Sondheim. Maybe you could even imagine yourself up on a stage as the Baker’s Wife or as Cinderella! It’s a 2-CD soundtrack that includes all original songs and score from the movie. That’s over 90 minutes of music!

My son’s favorite of all these is the Disney Junior DJ Shuffle 2. The CD contains 30 tracks — 4 of which are karaoke instrumentals — with songs from different Disney Junior shows like Miles From Tomorrowland (my son’s favorite show), Sofia The First, Jake and The Neverland Pirates, Doc McStuffins, Sheriff Callie’s Wild West, and Henry Hugglemonster.

These Disney Hop to the Music titles are great to include in Easter baskets!

  3. I agree – the Guardians of the Galaxy movie was great, but the soundtrack was AWESOME! My nieces and nephew were in fits over how I knew the words to every song when we watched it.

  4. My favorite Disney song is Poor Unfortunate Souls from The Little Mermaid. That’s the first one that came to mind. My kids would love these albums!

  7. First one that comes to mind: When You Wish Upon a Star.
    Thanks for the contest.

  8. My favorite Disney song is Part of Your World from the Little Mermaid. But so many great ones — tough to choose!

  9. I love musical theatre but haven’t seen Disney’s version of Into the Woods! 🙂 I love Frozen the movie. Mulan the soundtrack and Lil’ Mermaid. I remember my 3-year-old cousin lovin one of Mulan’s more masculine songs on the album… I was surprised. I realized Disney really understood what appealed to kids when they make soundtracks. 😀
