With Facebook changing its policy on promotions and giveaways, we’re now on the last days of seeing Facebook likes as an entry option in giveaways. Starting tomorrow, like- or fan-gating is no longer allowed as an entry in giveaways.

But according to Rafflecopter, giveaways that started before November 5th don’t necessarily have to delete Facebook entries so don’t be surprised if you still see some Facebook entries in some giveaways. But definitely, if a giveaway started on or after Nov 5th, there shouldn’t be such entries anymore.
