Healthy Snacking With DOLE No Sugar Added Fruit Bowls

Dole Fruit Bowls

I have always been a fruit-lover, and I sure am glad that my son “inherited” my love for fruits. We can’t go a day without having at least one type of fruit on our kitchen counter so that we can grab some and eat while we’re doing our daily activities. And when we’re out of the house, I try to put some fruits in a ziplock container so we can still enjoy them.

But there’s a more convenient option for us parents who want to make sure we have some healthy snacks in the car or in our bags when we’re out and about — the single serve DOLE No Added Sugar Fruit Bowls!

Recently introduced by the #1 brand in single serve cups, DOLE No Sugar Added Fruit Bowls contain all-natural Dole Fruit packed in water and sweetened with monk fruit. Available in two varieties, Diced Peaches and Mandarin Oranges, with Pineapple coming soon, each bowl is just 40 calories or less! The grab-and-go bowls make them a great on-the-go healthy snack.

I love that they released a No Sugar Added variety of packaged fruits. I know that fruits already contain natural sugars, and I don’t want my son to eat more sugar than necessary especially because my father’s family has a history of diabetes.

My son seemed to really love Dole’s No Sugar Added Fruit Bowls because he wouldn’t stop asking me for more diced peaches! I’m planning to make crepes soon featuring the diced peaches from Dole No Sugar Added Fruit Bowls. I’m sure it will be a hit!

This holiday season, don’t forget to watch what you and your kids eat! Be sure to encourage them to grab some healthy snacks like Dole No Sugar Added Fruit Bowls!

The next time I do get some, I’ll make sure I get the No Sugar Added ones! I can’t wait until they bring out the Pineapple ones! I absolutely LOVE pineapples!! I read that Monk Fruit is something like 100% sweeter than sugar! WOW that’s a lot! I’ve been wanting to try Monk Fruit and I’ve already seen it at the grocery store, however, it’s got a major high price tag on it! 3. I’m going to see if our local supermarket has these the next time we go grocery shopping. Fruit is one of the few things my picky eater will eat.

  4. I learned that monk fruit is 150 times sweeter than sugar. I have never tried monk fruit. I guess you don’t eat it plain, as you would a piece of fruit.

  5. My kids love these and I would feel so much better about giving these no sugar added monk fruit infused packs instead of the usual. I had never heard about monk fruit until now.

  6. My daughter absolutely loves the mandarin oranges from Dole!! Unfortunately she has a mild allergy to citrus! Lucky for her she can still eat them only in moderation! But believe me if she had her way she would eat those with every lunch i pack her! 🙂

  7. I too was blessed with Children that love Fruits and Vegetables. I couldn’t be more happier that they love them. They are happy to reach for the fruit cups. They love them.

  8. I love the Fruit cups from Dole! Perfect for snacking, and I often use the Mandarin Orange cups in my weekly fruit salads that I mix up and enjoy for several days. Perfect size!

  9. I learned that the Monk fruit is an incredible little melon that ripens on the vine in remote central Asia

  10. I learned that these fruit bowls do not contain the artificial sweetner, making them safe for my son to eat, and avoiding the sugar!

  11. These fruit cups are good. Especially for the kids because there’s no added sugar. For me, I grew up eating the fruit in heavy syrup. I still prefer it that way.

  12. I love Dole fruit bowls. I recently tried, by accident, the no added sugar cups. I’m not fond of the after taste. I have to rinse the fruit off before eating it.
