When I received the 5-day meals for this review, I immediately took note of how each one was packaged. Each one was packaged pretty much the same way microwaveables are packaged so you’re sure about each one being preserved the best way.

As for the taste, I really loved the sandwiches! Those were my favorite. But I must admit that there were meals that I just had to throw away because I didn’t like it. I didn’t expect it to taste like regular restaurant food but I did expect it to taste good enough because they were advertising the great taste of their meals.

But I guess you’ll just have to identify which meals cater to your taste and which ones don’t so you can customize your plan according to your taste. And again, remember that these are prepackaged meals that are meant to help us lose our weight so it’s bound to not taste like regular restaurant food.

All in all, I can still give this a thumbs up. While there were meals that weren’t good, most of the ones I tried were okay and I love that they have a whole system in place to help you track your progress in your goal of losing weight.

  1. They make it easy. I like that the food comes ready to heat and eat. There are some foods that I wont eat. Turkey is one of them. I guess that you have a menu to choose from?

  2. Thanks so much for the Terrific Review on Diet-to-Go Freshly Made Diet Meals! I’m not into ordering food like this online. I would rather go to the grocery store and purchase one of the low calorie, prepackaged, healthy meals which are portioned especially to help you lose weight or maintain it! This way, I can choose exactly what I want to eat! Some of the packaged meals you received, I could most likely handle, however, there were some that I know that I would not eat. Thanks so much for the terrific review, the pictures, and the information on Diet-to-Go Freshly Made Diet Meals which you’ve shared with all of us! I honestly do appreciate it!   3. It’s always helpful to have things on hand when you are trying to monitor what you eat. Its great to have healthy options. Its too easy to grab something bad if you don’t have healthy things to choose.

  4. Hmm, I hadn’t heard of this service. I might try it. I agree that with these types of programs, you just have to learn which meals you like & which you just can’t eat.

  5. I have never heard of chugwater chili. The foods okay. A bit too many vegetables for my liking.

  6. I guess it depends on the cost and selection of food to choose from. I personally, wouldn’t try something like this. I’m too picky when it comes to what I’ll eat.
