  1. I usually use ice pack and fan to help with immediate de-stressing along with water. Force myself to stop and just take a few deep breaths and think.

  2. I like listening to music to de-stress. That is better than my other option, eating junk food.

  3. If I’m stressed, I usually work out. This helps me get rid of some pent-up negativity and those natural endorphins it releases cheer me up ๐Ÿ™‚

  4. Nothing destresses me as much as spending times with my dogs and cats. I love taking my dogs for long walks and playing with them in our yard. Of course, nothing destresses more than just petting and cuddling them.

  5. de-stressed – is just desserts spelled backwards, lol, seriously when I am stressed, I put on some upbeat music and clean the house or move furniture, makes me feel a lot better

  6. To de-stress I like to curl up on the couch with a good book and let my mind travel away from the everyday hassles.

  7. I’ll usually go on the computer and enter a few sweepstakes. Destresses me as I have to focus and I sometimes win something good.

  8. I like to take a nice long bubble bath with a book and some aromatherapy or I go to get a massage

  9. I like to go for a walk listen to music. If the weather isn’t co-operating then I have a bath while listening to music.

  10. I usually try to find some me time and take a long hot bubble bath to de-stress.

  11. I meditate and take long soaking bathes. On the occasions that doesn’t work, I call a friend.

  12. I like taking long walks, taking long bubble baths, reading, burning candles, glass of wine, etc

  13. I read a book or a favorite magazine, surf the net, or watch my favorite South Asian serials on my iPad.

  14. My favorite way to de-stress is to head off to my local Barnes and Noble, grab a hot tea and wander the aisles for an hour or so. Works everytime.
