I usually use ice pack and fan to help with immediate de-stressing along with water. Force myself to stop and just take a few deep breaths and think.
I soak in warm scented tub of water, then put on lotion, get into some comfy clothes then read a good book.
I de-stress by working in the garden. It is such a wonderfully peaceful place.

Nothing destresses me as much as spending times with my dogs and cats. I love taking my dogs for long walks and playing with them in our yard. Of course, nothing destresses more than just petting and cuddling them.

I have a glass of red wine & shop online.
If it’s during the day, I use my Joy essential oil in the diffuser and put some on topically. At night I use Peace & Calming in the diffuser.
