Winning Moves Games Review & Giveaway

I received the products mentioned below for purposes of evaluation. Thoughts are my own.

One of the best times I’ve had with my family when I was young are our family game nights. We would play Scrabble, Monopoly, Pictionary, charades, crazy 8s, and other fun games against each other. It was fun and we all feel great before going to sleep — whether we won the game or not — because it was time well spent with family.

Now with the advent of tech gadgets (and the fact that people always seem to be busier than ever), we don’t get to spend as much time together. But who says we can’t ever relive those game nights in the past? All it takes is one diligent planner and some family games from!

My absolute favorite game of all time is Scrabble. So when I was asked to choose a game from the Winning Moves website, it was a no-brainer for me. The moment I saw that they had Scrabble sets, I knew I just had to choose that. They have 3 variations of Scrabble: Tile-Lock Classic Scrabble, Super Scrabble, and Tile-Lock Super Scrabble.

Tile Lock Super Scrabble 1

Tile Lock Super Scrabble 2

Tile Lock Super Scrabble 3

Basically, the Super Scrabble variation just has a larger board and has more tiles so you can have longer play time and consequently, more fun! And since I chose the tile-lock version, we don’t have to worry about letters moving to another spot in the board because they’re kept in place even if someone accidentally bumps it.

I also received one of each variation of the Splash Cards — Splash Pals, Splashimals, Splash Jack, Splash Jack Royal. The Splash Cards are waterproof cards that float so it’s a good game to play when you’re all just chilling in the pool.

I must say my favorite Splash Card variety is the Splashimals. My son absolutely loves it and constantly looks for it during bath time. I love that I can use it to teach him the names and sounds of different animals while having fun.
