My mom is a great cook and one of her specialties is pasta. She always cooks her special pasta for our birthday parties and other special events, and I get very excited whenever she starts preparing the pasta sauce because the smell just invites you to devour a whole plate of it! So I guess I always associate pasta with celebration, happiness and excitement.
Now that I have my own family, I want to create that tradition of having pasta for birthday celebrations and other special occasions. And because my husband and I celebrated our birthdays last week, I went to Lucky Supermarket to grab some ingredients so I can cook my family a quick pasta meal.
This recipe is a really quick and easy one because I used the Pacific Coast Selections Alfredo Sauce which makes it so much easier for busy parents to prepare a scrumptious meal in just minutes.
