How Does Your Child Make You Smile?

child smile

Kids have a natural tendency to make people smile.

And I think we have the tendency to smile even more if it’s our own kid doing something adorable.Β Every morning, I look forward to my son waking up and cuddling next to me. I know that there’s something about the warmth of a parent’s body that makes a child feel secure. That thought makes me smile.

Whenever I see him do something for the first time — like when he first started rolling over on his own, started crawling, and started walking — those moments make me smile.

I love seeing him solve a problem on his own. Like when he puts his toys back into his toy bin, when he tries to open the door to our room using the car keys (LOL) and when he knocks on the door and doesn’t come in until we say “come in”.

My son made me smile yesterday when he was playing with the tablet. He just kept on laughing every time he hears the buzzer in one of the installed games.

I hope this video of my son makes you smile too. πŸ™‚
