‘Saving Memories Forever’ Helps Relive Precious Moments

Have you ever missed someone so much that you just kept on reminiscing the moments you shared with that person? And have you ever tried to dig deeper for more of those memories because you want to feel like you were with that person?

When my friend’s brother passed away a couple of years ago, she would always listen to the last voicemail she got from him because she missed him so much. And I can just imagine how much I’d miss the people closest to me when they’re gone. And that’s why I feel like it’s important to keep a record of memories with the people you love the most — no matter if it’s fun or heartwarming experience.

Saving Memories Forever is an app that helps you build a “library” of memories on your phone or your computer.

It lets you save audio files of recordings that you or your loved one can create. And it’s actually very easy to use. There are lots of features aside from actually doing voice recordings, like tagging, photo uploads, and Facebook sharing.

Saving Memories Forever
All you have to do is click on the name of the storyteller and a list of categories will appear. If you’ve known that person all your life, it might be a good idea if you complete all the categories listed. But if you have only known that person starting a certain stage in his/her life, then you may want to just start where your relationship has blossomed.

When you click on a category, a list of questions will appear. Clicking on any of those questions will lead you to the screen where you can start recording. You may then upload it onto the ‘Saving Memories Forever’ server and opt to share it to Facebook friends.

You can also do these things on your web browser. You can see a list of “storytellers” on the first column and a list of stories (recordings) on the right column. I currently have 3 stories for myself and I must admit that talking about my childhood experiences is very cathartic — and addicting!

I made a typo on my husband’s storyteller name and I was glad that I could edit the profile of storytellers. Once you’re ready to listen, click on a story and a pop-up will appear, then you can start listening to the amazing stories your loved ones have to tell.

Saving Memories Forever

Since I am usually very forgetful, I appreciate that the developers have come up with this kind of app that lets the memory of a loved one stay with you forever. I’m determined to build my collection of stories from my mom, brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews — who live on the other side of the planet — so that I can always listen to their stories despite the distance between us.

You can download the ‘Saving Memories Forever’ app on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

Disclosure: I participated in a campaign on behalf of AdvertiseWithBloggers.com for Saving Memories Forever. A free trial and promotional item have been provided in exchange for my review.  Regardless all opinions are my own.
